Request for Quotation for Long term agreement for Supply and Delivery Relief Items

Plan International Nepal is an independent development and humanitarian organization that advances children’s rights and equality for girls. Plan International has been working in Nepal since 1978 to help most marginalized children, their families and communities for accessing their rights to survival, development, protection and participation. Plan International Nepal has been implementing programmes through development partners, in coordination with government and other stakeholders in 11 districts.

Plan International Nepal, East Regional  Office, Janakpur invites sealed Quotation from the interested Firm registered in Government of Nepal for the below mentioned Items  to cover the forecasted needs for anticipated monsoon and disaster response in its working districts, Dhanusha, Sindhuli and Sunsari. The interested VAT registered Firms/ Suppliers registered in the Government of Nepal for the supply of goods/services are eligible to apply. The chosen vendor will enter into long-term agreement for a period on min. 1 year and max. 3 years depending on the need and performance. Required materials may need to be transported to various location in above districts, subject to mutual agreement. Items needed are:-

1. NFI Kit
2. Dignity Kit
3. Hygiene Kit
4. WASH Kit
5. Kitchen Kit
6. Food Items
