World Vision International (WVI) Nepal is a part of the World Vision International global partnership operating in nearly 100 countries. WVI started its long-term development programme in Nepal in 2001 to contribute for well-being of children. At present, WVI Nepal has long-term development programmes in 17 districts, namely Udayapur, Sarlahi, Mahottari, Rautahat, Sindhuli, Kathmandu, Lalitpur, Lamjung, Jumla, Kailali, Kanchanpur, Achham, Doti, Dailekh, Jajarkot, Banke and Bajhang across the seven provinces of Nepal.

World Vision International Nepal (WVI Nepal) wants to establish Framework Agreement with single or multiple supplier/s for supplying IT Equipment (Laptop, Desktop, Access Points and Meraki Devices) having specification as per attached RFQ document, therefore, invites interested suppliers to submit electronic quotation for same. Suppliers are advised to visit the link: to access the RFQ  Document. The quotation submission deadline is on 12 May 2025, End of the Day (Nepal Time). WVI Nepal reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations without assigning any reason whatsoever. Therefore, depending upon spec/configuration of annexes WVI NEPAL invites interested and qualified suppliers to submit their quotation for the same.

Instruction to the bidders

A. Framework Agreement and Purchase Order

1. The Framework Agreement will enable WVI Nepal and its Partner NGO (PNGO) to place orders with the Supplier for IT equipment via Purchase Order (PO).
2. The agreement and the PO shall govern the legal relationship between WVI Nepal and the Supplier. 
3. The Framework Agreement terms and conditions are available in the annex. Please review the Agreement Schedules carefully to understand the rights and obligations they confer on the parties.
4. Being appointed to this Agreement does not confer an exclusive right to supply on the Supplier or guarantee that the Supplier will receive any business at al under the Agreement.
5. All order place by WVI Nepal or its PNGOs will be subject to the Purchase Order terms and conditions within Framework Schedule and shall be awarded in line with Framework Schedule.

B. Estimated Annual Quantity and Value and Scope of Agreement

1. WVI Nepal procured more than 74 laptops and other IT equipment last year. Estimated total procurement value based on last year’s spend data [ FY 2024] is NPR 9 million.

2. This Framework Agreement will not be any fixed quantity or value. It should be noted that above value is estimate, based on historical information and cannot be guaranteed.

3. Under this Agreement WVI Nepal may procure laptops, desktops, color printers, MFP printers and other IT equipment for;

• WVI Nepal staffs
• WVI Nepal’s Partner NGOs – 27 PNGOs located various WVI Nepal’s working areas
• Other stakeholders such as local communities or government agencies as per its project requirement

C. Duration of Agreement

1. The initial term of the Agreement will be for a period of a one year with option to extend for further period up to 2 years.
