Request for Quotations

One Heart Worldwide (OHW) is seeking quotations from Insurance Companies that can demonstrate having sufficient capacity and experience to provide Insurance Services in the best way possible and in a manner that enables the OHW to meet its expectations.

OHW is therefore soliciting from interested Insurance Companies quotations for insurance services and required coverage including but is not limited to:

• Staff Medical Insurance (Family packages), with three/ different sum options, covering at minimum NPR 400,000 or NPR 500,000 or NPR 10,00,000 sum per annum per staff family.
• Staff Group Personal Accidental Insurance, at least NPR 25,00,000 sum per staff per annum.
• Other Staff Insurance Packages

TOR and quotation form will be provided upon request through the email address nepalprocurement@oneheartworldwide.org

Please submit a sealed quotation form with the required documents in an envelope with the title “Quotation No. 004/2025 - Insurance Services” in the following office by February 27, 2025, 5:00 PM NPT.

OHW reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations without assigning any reason whatsoever. The quotation received after the deadline will not be considered for evaluation.
