Joint Recovery Action Plan (JRAP) is a joint programme of the United Nations agencies in Nepal developed to support long term recovery and reconstruction of 2023 earthquake affected communities in Karnali Province.  The shelter component of JRAP is being implemented by IOM Nepal from May 2024 till January 2025.

A crucial aspect of the JRAP project involves facilitating the reconstruction of homes and communities while mitigating future risks. This is achieved through the development of green technologies, notably by establishing local enterprises focused on stone masonry and Compressed Stabilized Earth Block (CSEB) production.

IOM is seeking proposals from interested and qualified service provider to deliver a tailormade training package for 26-28 local entrepreneurs seeking to develop their work on green jobs, particularly stone masonry and Compressed Stabilized Earth Block (CSEB) production.

Interested firms/Org. are requested to submit their proposals by 4 December 2024. Proposals should include the following:

• Technical Proposal: Including company Profile, Overview of relevant experience, qualifications of trainers, Certifications, documents and detailed plan for training roll-out.
• Financial Proposal: Breakdown of costs for the implementation of the program.
• Duly completed and signed RFQ submission form and DOC with official stamp.
• Firm/Organization registration documents, PAN/VAT registration documents.

RFQ should be submitted no later than 4 December 2024, by 5:00 pm via email to iomnepalprocurement@iom.int with RFQ24-099/Name of Firm in the subject line.
