The WACT Tikapur is working together with World Vision International Nepal (WVI Nepal) funded projects. The Assistive Devices Items having specification and quantity as below, thus it invites interested Affilited Organization/Suppliers affilited by Government of Nepal's, Ministry of Health and Population Department of Health Service, Leprosy Control Division Disability Focal unit to submit “RFQ” for the supply and delivery of Assistive Devices for People with Disability. A long term framework agreement can be established with the awarded organization/supplier.

- Organization/Suppliers can obtain the RFQ Documents, technical specifications, and RFQ instructions by clicking in link and also organization/suppliers may obtain a RFQ document upon the submission of email request to: scm.wactwv@gmail.com
- Interested Organization/Suppliers should submit copy of firm registration and renewal, copy of VAT registration, copy of latest tax clearance certificate (2080/81) or time extension voucher, signed supplier code of conduct and duly filled supplier registration form.
- WACT Tikapur reserves the right to accept or reject any applications in whole or in part and alter the provisions of this RFQ as deemed necessary without assigning reasons whatsoever.
- The Organization/Suppliers who can do provide samples/catalogs/photo/video of various types of assistive devices. All assistive devices must have assigned according to The Government of Nepal's, Ministry of Health and Population Department of Health Service, Leprosy Control Division Disability Focal unit.
- The selected organization/suppliers will be responsible for transporting the assistive devices in to Tikapur Kailali.
Application
Interested organization/suppliers who meet the required conditions are invited to submit sealed Request for Quotation (RFQ) outlining pricing, budgeting and delivery schedule. Interested applicants can be requesting for the take of RFQ format through email or hard copy. Applicant have to submit hard copy in organization, if applicants way from Kailali district that can be submitted through email the follow ID but RFQ document must have protected. Applicant should be submitted along with the RFQ should be no later than 5:00 PM 5th May 2025.

- Note: The organization may establish a Long Term framework Agreement (LTA) with the selected suppliers/vendor/firm till end of the September 2025.
