Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Office Equipment

FHI 360 has been working in Nepal since last three decades. FHI 360 Nepal is requesting quotation from qualified locally registered agencies for supply and delivery of the following office equipment:

Detailed specifications of the above-mentioned items and requirements for quotation submission can be obtained via email request to ProcurementNP@fhi360.org

The agency has an option to submit either hard copy or electronic copy of the quotation. Electronic quotation with subject line “Quotation for Office Equipment” and all requested supporting documents should be submitted through email to ProcurementNP@fhi360.org following FHI 360 Nepal’s instructions to submit electronic quotation. Similarly, hard copy of the quotation with all requested supporting documents should be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Quotation for Office Equipment” at the following address:

Deadline for submission of the quotation is August 2, 2023, 5:00 p.m. Quotation received after the deadline will not be accepted and considered non-responsive.

FHI 360 reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the quotations without assigning any reason whatsoever.
