OHW invites requests for quotations from interested IT agencies/ firms for cloud telephony solutions in Nepal - to launch our Remote Engagement Service in Nepal with a virtual number that patients can call to enroll themselves. Key requirements include handling inbound and outbound calls, customizable IVR flows, seamless number portability, and call audit features. Additionally, OHW needs to understand concurrent call capacity, reliable API integrations, and potential custom developments to adapt to specific needs. The goal is to find a vendor that can not only meet our current needs but also scale with our future growth while maintaining compliance and offering transparent costing. The signed and stamped quotations and requested documents as hereby below must be emailed to OHW email address nepalprocurement@oneheartworldwide.org or submitted in a sealed envelope in hardcopy to the following OHW address with a subject line marked as “Quotation No:.035/2024/OHW” by December 27, 2024, 5:00 PM.
OHW reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the quotations without assigning any reasons whatsoever.
The quotations received after the deadline will not be considered for evaluation.
Only the awarded vendors will be contracted and should provide the service as per OHW's requirements, and guidelines.
