Subject of RFQ: Mini RFQ for Service Provider

The International Organization for Migration (IOM) Nepal, under the IRIS Phase III Project funded by the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC), seeks a service provider to monitor compliance with ethical recruitment practices in Nepal's private sector. The selected provider will oversee recruitment agencies (PRAs) and employers, track recruitment standards, conduct due diligence, engage in job fairs and worker interviews, and assess working conditions during employment. Findings will be reported to IOM and relevant stakeholders. The project runs from May to December 2025.

The International Organization for Migration (IOM) office in Nepal invites qualified service providers to submit quotations for Civil Society Engagement for Compliance with the Ethical Recruitment Model within the Labour Migration Corridor, in accordance with the issued RFQ.

Interested service providers can submit their quotations either by registering on the IOM supplier portal via this link- Supplier Registration OR by emailing at  iomnepalprocurement@iom.int

The deadline for submission is extended till April 4, 2025, before 6:00 PM. Suppliers those have applied earlier need not apply.

Please note that submission of the following documents is mandatory:

• A proposal which summarizes a proposed work-plan, proposed methodology and relevant experience (not more than 8-10 pages in total).
• Three most relevant previous works similar to proposed ToR
• Updated curriculum vitae of the proposed team
• Three references
• Financial Proposal
• BIDDER'S DECLARATION OF CONFORMITY should be dully filled, signed and stamped. Link: Declaration of Conformity
• Valid Company registration, PAX/TAX registration and other Business License (as available) should be provided.
