This is for your reference that Action Nepal is non-political, non-governmental, non-profit making, and humanitarian organization established with a view to develop the socioeconomic status of Nepalese people especially residing in rural area. It has paid its special consideration/attention to work with deprived and marginalized and technology. Action Nepal, Neelkantha-03, Dhading is planning to procure the following items under the project IALVC in funding support from Heifer International Nepal thus invites quotation and rate list for the below listed items from potential suppliers & companies.

Terms and Conditions:

1. Go through the link above to obtain the Quotation form or visit to Action Nepal office to obtain the hard copy of quotation form.

2. Please read the details of items & specification carefully.

3. Fill up the Quotation form clearly and completely.

4. Items should be delivered at Action Nepal office, Neelkantha Municipality-03, Dhading Nepal

5. Closing date for the submission of the quotation is 5 PM, 14th November, 2024.

6. RFQ can be submitted scanned copy at contact.actionnepal@gmail.com or sealed hardcopy can be submitted to the following address.

7. Quotation that does not meet the required criteria or are submitted after the deadline will not be processed

8. While submitting the quotation form, company & firms must include the following documents:

    i) Copy of PAN/VAT Certificate

    ii) Copy of Permission of Business or License (if any)

    iii) Copy of business registration/ company registration

    iv) Copy of Tax Clearance certificate FY 2080.081
