The Office Attendant is responsible for maintaining a clean and organized office environment, ensuring that all areas meet cleanliness standards from Monday to Friday between 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. (8 hours) The role also includes basic gardening duties. The interested firms can download the Scope of Work and Supplier Information Form (SIF) from https://nepal.mercycorps.org/procurement/ 

Interested outsourcing firms who meet the required conditions are invited to submit the Financial Proposal providing following documents to np-procurement@mercycorps.org by November 29, 2024:

• Filled Supplier Information Form (SIF)
• Company Profile with past experience 
• Copies of Company registration/renewal documents
• Latest Tax clearance Certificate
• VAT registration copy.
• Financial Proposal 
• CV of the proposed Office attendant
• Experience letter of similar work at least 3 similar organizations
