Bagmati Welfare Society Nepal (BWSN) is a development and advocacy Organization dedicated to working with children, families and communities to overcome poverty and injustice. BWSN is working in partnership with World Vision International Nepal (WVIN). BWSNs is purchasing blankets having specification as below, hence it invites interested Bidders to submit “Bid” for the supply and delivery of Blankets.

1. Bidders can obtain the Bid Documents, technical specifications, and bidding instructions by clicking in link and also bidders may obtain a bidding document upon the submission of email request to bwsn.notice@gmail.com
2. All bids accompanied by a bid Security (2% of quoted price) must be delivered in accordance with the Instruction to Bidders latest by 4:00 PM on 21st November 2024 in the address given below along with the sample pieces of Blankets and Interested bidders should submit copy of firm registration and renewal, copy of VAT registration, copy of latest tax clearance certificate (2080/81) or time extension voucher, signed supplier code of conduct and duly filled supplier registration form.
3. BWSN Nepal reserves the right to accept or reject any applications in whole or in part and alter the provisions of this Tender as deemed necessary without assigning reasons whatsoever. 
4. Bidders who do not provide samples they will not be involved in selection process.
5. The selected bidders will be responsible for transporting the blankets in varying quantities to Sarlahi. 
6. NGOs can establish a one-year long framework agreement with the awarded bidder.
