Heifer Project Nepal (HPN) is a Nepalese NGO working with communities to end hunger and poverty and to care for the earth. For the past 27 years, HPN has been working in holistic development involving women and youth as agents of change and households as units of economic activity to achieve sustainable development, job creation, food security, income generation, and employment promotion.
HPN is implementing a project “Climate Smart Dairy Farming in Nepal” with funding support of AGCO Agriculture Foundation through Heifer Netherland. The project has envisioned to procure and supply and delivery of Silage.

Required Documents:
a. Quotation in letter head
b. Company/Firm Registration
c. VAT/PAN certificate
d. Tax clearance certificate FY 080/81
All rights to accept or reject the quotation, with or without giving any reasons, shall reserve with HPN. If deemed necessary, the company/firms/suppliers shall be asked for modifications.
