The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is committed to upholding the highest standards of integrity, accountability, and transparency. As part of its global mandate, IOM has adopted comprehensive measures to ensure the protection of vulnerable populations from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (SEA) by humanitarian workers, in line with its zero-tolerance policy.

This service mapping assessment will analyze current efforts and available services to protect against SEA in Nepal. IOM aims to ensure that its staff, partners, and contractors maintain the highest standards of conduct, particularly in their interactions with vulnerable populations. The assessment will help guide IOM’s strategies to strengthen coordination and improve protection measures for affected populations, enhancing the organization’s role in implementing PSEA policies and practices in the humanitarian sector.
