Subject for RFQ: Quotation for Construction

Maiti Nepal is undertaking construction projects at two of its transit homes and is seeking quotations for the necessary work:

1. Jhapa Transit Home: Construction of a perimeter wall.

• Estimated Budget: NPR 17 Lakhs.

2. Banke Transit Home: Repair and additional construction work.

• Estimated Budget: NPR 25 Lakhs.

Interested contractors may request the required documents for the quotation process by emailing procument.maitinepal@gmail.com These documents will be provided upon request and should be submitted along with the following:

• A deposit slip or transfer receipt for the fee amount of NPR 1,000 each payable by:
  • Bank transfer to account number: 01-0184012-10 (Standard Chartered Bank),  or
  • Cash deposit Slip.

Documents to be submitted:

• Complete RFQ Form
• Technical Proposal detailing the company profile, past experiences, qualification and experience of team members if any.
• Financial proposal.
• Copy of registration certificate.
• Copy of VAT/PAN registration certificate.
• Tax clearance certificate for Fiscal Year 2080/81 or Extension request form.
• Other Documents mentioned in the TOR.

Last date for the submission of the quotation: November-24, 2024.
