REQUEST FOR QUOTATION

Chemonics USAID Early Grade Learning request for proposals from interested potential vendors to provide services as mentioned below:

The USAID Early Grade Learning is a USAID program implemented by Chemonics International in Nepal. The goal of the USAID Early Grade Learning is to strengthen the capacity of federal, provincial, and municipal governments to improve learning outcomes in Grades 1-3. Specifically, EGL aims to (1) build federal, provincial, and local level capacity for delivering EGL services, (2) improve local governments’ ability to provide teacher professional support, coaching, mentorship, and supervision, and (3) support local level governments in improving access to and quality of education services in early grades.

Interested bidders may obtain complete solicitation (RFQ) documents through the link provided in above table. USAID Early Grade Learning will only respond to written questions regarding this RFQ through the email address: npl-egl-procurement@chemonics.com and any questions must be submitted by February 12, 2024, 5 pm Nepal Time.

The proposal should be submitted by email to npl-egl-procurement@chemonics.com, labeled with RFQ reference #, on or before February 18, 2024, 5:00 pm, Nepal time.

As an ISP provider do we need to install our link up to Media Converter or do you have any other requirements also. Please let us know if you have any other requirements.

Answer: The ISP provider requires to install the internet connection up to Media Converter. For details, please refer to Section 3 of the RFQ.
