The anticipated specific terms and conditions are as follows:

Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order

The supplier will supply the goods and services in accordance with the price and delivery terms established in the signed purchase order.

There are no advances of any kind for any case.

All payments are made in local currency, that is, in Nepali Rupees (Rs.). Payments are made by electronic transfer.

Issuance of this RFP in no way obligates DAI to award a

subcontract or purchase order and offerors will not be reimbursed for any costs associated with the preparation of their bid.

An award will be made to a single bidder whose bid is responsive to the terms of the RFQ and is most advantageous to DAI, considering price or/and other factors included in the RFQ. To be considered for the award, bidders must meet the requirements identified in Section 14, “Determination of Responsibility”. 

Samples will be requested and verified before awarding the agreement.
