(Install New Biogas Plant and Repair Old Plant at Kapilvastu and Bardiya)

Heifer Project Nepal (HPN) is implementing a project entitled “Climate Smart Dairy Farming Project in Nepal” funded by AGCO Agriculture Foundation. 

As an initiative for Climate Smart Dairy Farming as per the mission statement of Heifer “Caring for the Earth” and as envisioned in the project, it has been planned to install new biogas plant and repair old plant as clean source of energy in the dairy farmers’ households. Some of the farmers already have biogas plant but are not properly functioning while need to install new in other households. The detail status of the old biogas plant which are not currently functioning have been already assessed.     

In this connection, HPN is seeking quotation from eligible firm/companies (listed by Alternative Energy Promotion Center, Government of Nepal (GoN)) for accomplishing the task mentioned under scope of work herein.

Please submit the quotation along with below documents to Procurement-NP@heifer.org mention email subject line “Quotation to install new biogas plant and repair old plant.” by 10th January 2025, 5 : 00 PM. 

Required Documents:

• Application letter along with organization profile
• Sign and stamp in all pages on Terms of Reference (TOR) and complete Annex I 
• Company/Firm Registration Certificate
• VAT/PAN Registration Certificate
• Tax Clearance Certificate FY 080/81 or Tax Clearance Extension Slip 
• Proof of listing at Alternative Energy Promotion Center (AEPC)
