Association for Social Transformation and Humanitarian Assistance – ASTHA Nepal is a non-governmental organization; established in 1996 with the aim to contribute to the socio-economic transformation of the country for up liftmen of living standard of rural people by enhancing their awareness of the socio-economic, cultural, and environmental issues through various development programs related to awareness raising, entrepreneurship development, community infrastructure development, environment protection, skill development and sustainable development of natural systems.

ASTHA Nepal is implementing the Protection, Community Engagement and Sponsorship (PCESC) in partnership with World Vision International Nepal in Achham district. ASTHA Nepal Achham is planning to procure the below-mentioned items; so invite quotations from interested registered suppliers for the same.  The detailed items with specifications is as below:

Terms and conditions for ‘supply and delivery’:

• Quotation should be submitted within 7 Days from the date of publication within office time along with all the updated legal documents related to the firm, like the Firm registration, PAN/VAT registration document, Tax clearance document of last fiscal year, Supplier renewal document.
• Quotations received after the specified date and time of the invitation, will not be considered. If the last day is holiday, RFQ can be submitted on the first day of office resumes.
• For Blanket, including a sample copy with the proposal is mandatory, while for Sport materials, providing samples of each item is preferred, but photographs of all items are mandatory.
• One supplier should quote only one price and submit only one sample/photograph for each item.
• The interested supplier should provide the sample piece of the items to the office along with the proposal.
• No need to send the PAN/VAT registration document, Tax clearance document, Supplier renewal document and experience document if any of those who have already registered in the roster during supplier registration.
• The bidder should submit the sealed bid in the prescribed format of Astha Nepal.
• The Bidder is required to deliver physical copies of the bidding documents to the central office of Astha Nepal located at Mangalsen-05, Achham or, they may submit electronic copies to asthanepal.achham@gmail.com with "Application for Bid" clearly stated in the subject line.
• Expected delivery date is within 7 days of Purchase Order released. (if others, please mention your delivery time period)
• In case of delaying delivery 2% penalty will be charged on a weekly basis, which will be deducted at the time of payment
• The contract will be awarded as per ASTHA Nepal’s bid evaluation criteria.
• Payment will be made within 7 days after receiving the goods and the undisputable invoice,

• ASTHA Nepal reserves the right to reject any or all quotations. The successful bidder or bidders will be notified at the earliest date possible.
• Payment will be made by cheque payment and TDS will be deducted at your source as per Government rules.
• Your provided Rate List must be expressed in English.
