Reference: Dissemination of formalization schemes and enterprises support

Deloitte Consulting Overseas Projects, LLC (hereinafter referred to as “DCOP”) on behalf of the USAID Trade and Competitiveness Activity is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for Dissemination of formalization schemes and enterprises support. The attached RFP contains all the necessary information for interested Bidders. 

USAID Trade and Competitiveness will engage the services of a contractor firm with experience of undertaking research and analysis to inform further course of actions. 

DCOP realizes that Bidders may have additional questions after reading this RFP. Interested Bidders can submit their questions to the Procurement Unit according to the instructions in the RFP. If necessary, the DCOP will provide answers to all relevant questions received in an amendment that will be emailed directly to all interested Bidders who registered with the Procurement Unit at info@tc-udhyamnepal.com before the deadline for questions, and to those bidders who submitted relevant questions.

This RFP shall not obligate DCOP, in any manner whatsoever, to enter a contract or result in any claim whatsoever against DCOP, for reimbursement of costs for any proposal efforts expended by bidders’ response to this RFP.
