Request for Proposal/Quotation (RFP/Q)

FHI 360 is a global organization that mobilizes research, resources, and relationships so people everywhere have access to the opportunities they need to lead full, healthy lives. FHI 360 has been working in Nepal since the last three decades. FHI 360 Nepal Office is requesting separate proposal/quotation from qualified locally registered agencies for the following goods/services:

Detailed list & specifications of the above-mentioned items or guidelines to prepare proposal and other requirements for proposal/quotation submission can be obtained via email request to ProcurementNP@fhi360.org

The agency has an option to submit either a hard copy or an electronic copy of the proposal/quotation. Electronic copy of the proposal/quotation including all required documents should be submitted through email to ProcurementNP@fhi360.org following FHI 360 Nepal Office’s instructions for electronic proposal/quotation submission. Similarly, the hard copy of the proposal/quotation with all required documents should be submitted in sealed envelope at the below-mentioned address following FHI 360 Nepal Office’s instructions for hard copy submission:

Agencies are requested to submit their proposal/quotation within the given deadline. Proposals/quotations received after the deadline will not be accepted and considered non-responsive. 

FHI 360 reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the proposals/quotations without assigning any reason whatsoever.
