Consultancy Service for “Short Term Technical Service for the development of Online Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) System”

Feed the Future Nepal USAID Digital Agriculture is implemented through the integration of GeoKrishi, a flagship product of Pathway Technology and Services and Nepal’s first fully integrated, data driven digital agriculture platform connecting different agri-value chain actors. Under the USAID Digital Agriculture, GeoKrishi will leverage its foundational services, particularly e-extension services, to enhance its FinTech offerings alongside innovative digital agriculture solutions aiming to boost adoption among farmers, value chain actors, and consumers, thereby strengthening GeoKrishi's business model. Pathway aims to unify and strengthen the digital agriculture ecosystem by integrating AgTech, FinTech, and eMarketplace solutions with services provided by frontline institutions like cooperatives, agro-dealers, and municipalities.

The primary objective of this assignment is to develop an efficient Online Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) System for GeoKrishi to help the program and project team to track the progress of activities, targets and indicators, recommendations, utilization of learnings along with the Knowledge Management.
