REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

DAI for USAID’s Tayar Nepal Project requests proposals from interested potential vendors to provide services as mentioned below:

USAID’s Tayar Nepal – Improved Disaster Risk Management Project strengthens the capacity of Nepal’s national and municipal institutions responsible for disaster preparedness and response, The project is funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and implemented by DAI Global LLC (DAI). The USAID’s Tayar Nepal is seeking a firm to support media engagement at local and national level, strengthen journalists’ capacity for effective reporting, and enhance municipal leadership’s knowledge of DRRM through a positive media outlook for improved disaster risk management activities. It aims to amplify the stories on replicable DRRM initiatives conducted with USAID’s Tayar Nepal support.

Interested bidders may obtain complete solicitation (RFP) documents by emailing and request to TAYARTechProcurement@dai.com and include the RFP reference in the subject line on or before July 08, 2024, 5:00 pm, Nepal time. 

DAI will only respond to written questions regarding this RFPs through the email address: TayarTechProcurement@dai.com and any questions must be submitted by July 09, 2024, 5:00 pm Nepal Time. 

The proposal should be submitted by email to TayarProcurementINBOX@dai.com, labeled with RFP reference #, on or before July 11, 2024, 5:00 pm, Nepal time.
