Anticipated Award Type

The anticipated award type would be a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for a period of performance of 9 months with issuance of Firm Fixed Priced (FFP) purchase orders (releases). DAI anticipates awarding up to 7 to 10 BPA for seven (7) packages with an ordering period through August 30, 2025. A potential offeror can be awarded a maximum of four (4) different packages. 

Issuance of this RFQ in no way obligates DAI to award a subcontract or purchase order and offerors will not be reimbursed for any costs associated with the preparation of their bid.

A Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) is a master ordering agreement that establishes unit prices for a list of goods that will be procured in varying amounts on a recurring basis over a fixed period of time.

Basis for Award

An award will be made based on the Lowest Price, Technically Acceptable Source Selection process. The award will be issued to the responsible Offeror submitting the lowest evaluated price that meets or exceeds the acceptability requirements for technical/non-cost factors described in this RFP.
