Social Development Forum (SDF) is a non-profitable organization established in 1997, determined to reduce discrimination in the terms of caste, ethnicity, gender, age and religion. SDF is registered in District Administration Office, Banke, Social Welfare Council and NGO Federation. The organization has also worked in Dailekh, Kalikot of Karnali Province and now it is working in Banke district of Lumbini Province.

SDF Banke has been implementing Protection and Community Engagement Sponsorship Program in Janaki & Narainapur Rural Municipalities of Banke District in partnership with World Vision International Nepal. The overall objective of this Training of Trainers (TOT) is to train selected adolescents as Peer Educators so that they are able to facilitate sessions on the life and protective/self-defense to life skill group on selected module of RUPANTARAN. The TOT on mentioned module will be completed in 10 days.  The trained Peer Educators will be delivering the Life and protective/self-defense skills sessions in their communities.

Thus, SDF, Banke hereby invites proposals from interested qualified individual/organizations who are well-experienced on facilitating Training of Trainers (ToT) for the peer educators and project staffs on selected module of RUPANTARAN.

Interested qualified and experienced individual/organization are requested to submit a comprehensive technical proposal along with financial proposal with cover letter and updated CV highlighting suitability of expertise for the assignment, company registration, PAN/VAT certificate and recent year tax clearance certificate along with other documents as mentioned in TOR through the email address: hr@sdfbanke.com.np converted in PDF file within 29th January 2025.

Proposal must be submitted by following the proposal submission guideline given in the ToR and Financial proposal submission form. The detailed ToR and consultant proposal form is attached to this advertisement through separate link.
