Local Initiatives for Biodiversity, Research and Development (LI-BIRD) is a non-profit, non-governmental organization established in October 1995 with its Head Office in Pokhara and Programme Coordination Office in Lalitpur. LI-BIRD is committed to capitalizing on local resources, innovations and institutions for the sustainable management of natural resources and building resilience to climate change for improving the livelihoods of target beneficiaries that includes smallholder farmers particularly women in Nepal.

LI-BIRD along with other CSO partners of Oxfam in Nepal are jointly implementing Partner’s Investment Fund (PIF), an initiative that supports Nepali actors to achieve their vision, strategies and priorities for better designing and delivering targeted programs to communities.

LI-BIRD invites all eligible consultants/firms to submit the proposal for undertaking the assignment. Please use the form/template provided in the EoI document while preparing your proposal. The proposal must be written in the English language. A proposal received after the deadline will not be considered for evaluation. The proposal that does not meet the requirements will be rejected. The proposal that meets the requirements and offers the best value for money will be selected.
