Local Initiatives for Biodiversity, Research and Development (LI-BIRD) is a non-profit making, non-governmental organization established in 1995, registered at the District Administration Office, Kaski (Registration # 217/052/053), and affiliated to the Social Welfare Council, Nepal (Registration # 3394). LI-BIRD is committed to capitalizing on local resources, innovations, and institutions for sustainable management of natural resources for improving livelihoods of smallholder farmers.

LI-BIRD implements multiple projects with different objectives to achieve its organization's strategic goals and contribute to national priorities. To track the progress of the projects, regular data tracking and monitoring are conducted. LI-BIRD is exploring vendors for upgrading or developing Data Management Software Application to meet its need for efficient and effective data collection, management and strengthening MEAL System. Proposal must be written in English language. Proposals received after the deadline will not be considered for evaluation. Proposals that do not meet the requirements will be rejected. Proposals that meet the requirements and offer the best value for money will be selected.

LI-BIRD reserves the right to accept or reject any proposals, and to cancel the procurement process and reject all the proposals at any time prior to awarding the contract without obligation to inform the bidder(s).
