Conducting the Final Evaluation and Endline Survey of the SAKSHAM Project

LI-BIRD is implementing a 4-year project entitled ‘Strengthening Capacity of Smallholder Farmers for Resilient Livelihoods (SAKSHAM)’, funded by the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Finland through FELM Nepal, in Kanchanpur and Doti districts of Sudurpaschim province since January 2022 and will be completed in December 2025. The overall goal of the project is to improve livelihoods and well-being of marginal and climate vulnerable families in Kanchanpur and Doti districts through building economic and climate resilience. As the project is now in its final year of implementation, a final evaluation and endline survey are necessary to assess its progress and effectiveness. This evaluation will provide a comparative analysis against the baseline data and measure the project’s success in achieving its intended impacts, outcomes, and outputs.

LI-BIRD requests to submit a sealed proposal from a qualified Firms or Expert for conducting the final evaluation and endline survey of the project. Please use the form/template provided in EoI document while preparing your proposal. Sealed proposal may be submitted on or before 5.00 pm, 14 February 2025 by hand delivery or courier to the address below:

Note: Submission through email is not acceptable. 

Proposal must be written in English language. Proposal received after the deadline will not be considered for evaluation. Proposal that does not meet the requirements will be rejected. Proposal that meets the requirements and offer the best value for money will be selected. 

LI-BIRD reserves the right to accept or reject any proposals, and to cancel the procurement process and reject all the proposals at any time prior to awarding the contract without obligation to inform the bidder(s).
