The Nepal Renewable Energy Programme (NREP) is a Government of Nepal Programme with financial assistance of the British Embassy in Kathmandu. NREP aims to significantly increase private sector investment in the distributed sustainable energy market. It is implemented by the Alternative Energy Promotion Centre and a consortium led by DAI Global UK that includes Winrock International as an implementing partner. NREP operates throughout Nepal but has physical presence in three Provinces: Madhesh, Lumbini, and Karnali.

Please submit the quotation to procurementnrep@dai.com by 17:00 hour’s local time on or before 2nd January 2025

Past Experience: The applicant should have at least 3 years of working as an event management company and the team members should have at least five tasks undertaken for event management. Other details are in the TOR itself. 

The method of selection: The method of selection will be Technical Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS), using 80%/20% weightings for Technical and Financial Proposals, respectively. 

NREP reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the proposals without assigning any reason, whatsoever.
