One Heart Worldwide (OHW) is an International Non-Governmental Organization that has been working in the area of Maternal and Neonatal Health (MNH) since 2011. OHW works with local communities and local health service providers to develop a culturally appropriate Network of Safety around mothers and infants, by raising awareness, teaching good practices, and distributing essential equipment to ensure that mothers and infants survive delivery and the first months of life.

One Heart Worldwide (OHW) invites proposals from eligible audit firms that fulfill the criteria stated in the Terms of Reference (TOR) for the financial audit services (external/ statutory audit) of Nepal program operations for F.Y. 2024/25.

Please submit your proposals and required documents electronically to nepalprocurement@oneheartworldwide.org by May 15, 2025, 5:00 PM NST time with “RFP for financial audit services for F.Y. 2024/25” in the subject line.
The proposals received after the deadline will not be considered for evaluation. OHW reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals without assigning any reason whatsoever.
