Consultant for developing a website for NPDRR’s Management System for National Platform for Disaster Risk Reduction- Phase

The National Platform for Disaster Risk Reduction (NPDRR) is a coordinated mechanism for implementing the national disaster risk reduction strategy, chaired by the Chief Executive of the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Authority (NDRRMA). The platform unites key stakeholders from various sectors, organized into nine thematic groups: government and line ministries, semi-government organizations, INGOs, NGOs/CBOs, UN and bilateral partners, affected communities, academic and research institutions, the private sector, and media. This broad participation allows for a comprehensive, cross-sectoral approach to disaster risk reduction.

The purpose of this assignment is to design a website module, letterhead, and professional logo for the NPDRR, integrated into the official NDRRMA website. The NPDRR module will serve as its primary online presence, providing information on NPDRR news, reports, services related to the nine thematic areas, events, and offering a contact channel for the public. The letterhead and logo will be used for all official NPDRR documents and materials. The project also includes developing a fully functional, professionally branded website with advanced features, including multilingual capabilities, SEO optimization, and accessibility compliance. DanChurchAid and Save the Children are jointly facilitating and supporting the development of the NPDRR website in Phase 1.
