Bixal Solutions, Inc. (Bixal), is seeking request for Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Proposal for data collection for different assessments and evaluation studies related to USAID Nepal education, health/nutrition, economic growth, governance, human rights, environment, and resilience-related program activities.

Bixal Solutions, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "Bixal") hereby solicits proposals from qualified subcontractors to provide data collection and related services for various multi-sectoral surveys and assessments within Nepal. Bixal anticipates awarding 3-6 IDIQ subcontracts and may issue accompanying task orders (TOs). During the implementation of the work solicited in this RFP, the IDIQ will serve as the governing subcontractor for the work and the relationship between Bixal and the subcontractor. TOs will be used by Bixal to order work from the subcontractor as needed within the parameters of the IDIQ. Only IDIQ holders may bid on TOs under the IDIQ. Bixal reserves the right to award more or fewer subcontracts than initially projected. 

All Questions relating to this IDIQ RFP must be submitted to L4Dev.procurements@bixal.com. This RFP in no way obligates Bixal to award a subcontract, nor does it commit Bixal to pay any cost incurred in the preparation and submission of a proposal.   

Bixal bears no responsibility for data errors resulting from transmission or conversion processes.  

Offer Deadline and Protocol

Offers must be received 17:00 hrs (Nepal standard time) 8 November 2024, by email only. Any emailed offers must be emailed to L4Dev.procurements@bixal.com. 

Please reference the RFP number in any response to this RFP. Offers received after the specified time and date will be considered late and will be considered only at the discretion of Bixal.
