REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP)

from research agencies to conduct “Biological and Behavioral Surveillance (BBS) Survey among Female Sex Workers (FSWs), Men having sex with Men (MSM) and Transgender People”

FHI 360 is a global organization that mobilizes research, resources, and relationships so people everywhere have access to the opportunities they need to lead full, healthy lives. FHI 360 has been working in Nepal since the last three decades. FHI 360 Nepal Office is seeking proposals from locally registered research agencies to conduct “BBS Survey among FSWs, MSM and transgender people” under the United States Agency for International Development (USAID)-supported Meeting Target and Maintaining Epidemic Control (EpiC) Nepal.

Interested locally registered research agencies are requested to submit their proposals based on the guidelines for submission of the proposal. Request for guidelines for the preparation of the proposal and questions regarding RFP should be emailed to nepal.eoi@fhi360.org no later than February 8, 2024.

The agency has the option to submit either a hard copy or an electronic copy of the proposal. Electronic applications with the subject line “Proposal for BBS Survey among FSWs, MSM and transgender people” including all required documents in ‘portable documents format’ (PDF) and budget in separate Excel file should be submitted through email to nepal.eoi@fhi360.org following the guidelines for submission of the proposal and FHI 360 Nepal Office’s instructions to submit the electronic proposal. Similarly, the hard copy of the proposal with all required documents should be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Proposal for BBS Survey among FSWs, MSM and transgender people” at the following address: 

The deadline for submission of the Proposal is February 23, 2024, 5:00 p.m. Proposals received after the deadline will not be considered for evaluation.
