ADRA Nepal invites E-sealed quotations from qualified medicine distributors for medicines needed to conduct Reproductive Health Medical Camps in the earthquake-affected districts of Jajarkot and West Rukum.

Procedure and criteria for E-sealed Quotation:

All medicine products must be from Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) certified companies as per the Department of Drug Administration (DDA).

Medicines should be delivered to Jajarkot with the earliest delivery date of the second week of August 2024.

Each page of the bid document must be signed by the authorized representative of the organization.

Quotations must be valid for a period of 150 days after the opening of the document.

Required Documents:

Updated Firm/Company Registration Certificate

VAT and PAN certificates

Registration Certificates issued by the Department of Drug Administration (DDA)

Latest Tax Clearance Certificate.

E-Sealed Bids must be submitted to tenders@adranepal.org before 5:00 PM on August 19, 2024.

Note: No need to re-apply who has already applied.
