Recruiting Specialist

The company's headquarters is in the United States, making proficiency in spoken and written English crucial. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English and available to work during Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours. Communication with the HR department of potential clients will predominantly be conducted via phone calls, Zoom meetings, and LinkedIn. A primary duty will involve negotiating job order contracts with the HR department. Additional responsibilities include:

• Identifying candidates who meet the requirements of posted positions.
• Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, emphasizing strategic recruitment planning and execution.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to foster relationships and influence stakeholders across all levels.
• Compensation includes a base salary plus commission.

Work hours: flexible work hours between 6:30 pm - 2 am (Monday to Friday)
