1. RECEPTIONIST-1

Education, Skills & Experience

• +2 Pass in any academic background.
• Fresher’s are encouraged to apply.
• Working under pressure.
• Candidate with 2 wheeler license and vehicle preferred.

• Proficiency in English
• Flexible on Relocation

Duty Station: Dhumbarahi, Kathmandu

2. SENIOR ACCOUNTANT-1

Responsibilities:

• Prepare Financial audit report.
• Monthly bank reconciliations and routinely monitors bank account balances.
• Monthly VAT Report reconciliation, submission & TDS Payment.
• Verify accuracy of expenses. Check and maintain cash book daily.
• Reconcile debtor’s/creditors statements on periodic basis.
• Conduct daily reviews of backup documentation to ensure completeness, accuracy and full compliance with company regulations.
• Coordinate with finance team to complete assigned accounting tasks within deadlines.
• Review and recommend changes to existing accounting procedures.
• Report to senior management.
• Maintain file management systems for soft and hard copy of documentation.
• Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
• Any other related work as directed by supervisor/director.

Education, Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Management (BBA/BBS).
• Must have proficiency in using Swastik Nepal Edition Accounting Software.
• Minimum 5 years experience in Travel and Tourism industry or Similar.
• Proven understanding of professional accounting principles, theories & practices.
• Working under pressure.
• Candidate with 2 wheeler license and vehicle preferred.
• Ability to work in teams and create collaborative team building environment.
• Proficiency in English
• Flexible on Relocation

Duty Station: Nagpokhari, Kathmandu

Salary & Benefits: NPR 35000+ per month/Negotiable
