Job Summary:
As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for greeting visitors, handling incoming calls, and performing various administrative tasks. Your professionalism and positive attitude will ensure a welcoming experience for everyone who enters our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times
  • Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference calls
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management
  • Handle basic inquiries and provide accurate information to clients and visitors
  • Assist in the preparation of meeting rooms and manage catering requests
  • Support other departments with various administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor is preferred.
  • Additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus
  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., fax machines and printers)
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
