Re -Terms of Reference for Management and Leadership/Executive Coaching
Background: Heifer International Nepal is a non-profit organization working in Nepal since 1998 with the aim to end hunger and poverty while caring for the earth through agriculture-based livelihood and market system development programs.
Objective: Heifer International Nepal is planning to conduct a session for management and leadership aimed at enhancing leadership skills across different levels within our organization. The session will focus on developing knowledge, behavior, and mindset to empower decisive leadership in the workplace. Our main goal is cultivating dynamic leadership styles that enable effective leadership, excel in stakeholder engagement, enhance team performance, and foster agility and responsiveness to change. Ultimately, we aim to promote a culture of effective leadership and management practices throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting a Training Need Assessment (TNA) within the organization focusing on Management and Leadership
- Designing a training session tailored to the specific needs and objectives of the organization.
- Conducting interactive sessions/workshops on various aspects of management and leadership.
Expected Deliverables
- A detailed session plan outlining the topics to be covered, methodologies, and duration of each session.
- Pre-post-session evaluation reports highlighting the progress made by participants.
- A final report summarizing the outcomes of the session and providing recommendations for future initiatives.
Level of effort (LOE)
The duration of this session will be 5 working days (1 day for the TNA and session planning with the HR and CD of Heifer International Nepal, 3 days for Management and Leadership Training, and 1 day for reporting)
Required experience of organization and Training Expert
- Proven experience in delivering tailormade/ customize/need based management and leadership coaching programs.
- Expertise in areas such as strategic planning, team building, conflict management, change management, effective communication, among others.
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in management, and leadership.
