Re-Request Quotation for construction of Collection Centers

Heifer Project Nepal (HPN) is a Nepalese NGO working with communities to end hunger and poverty and to care for the earth. For the past 27 years, HPN has been working in holistic development involving women and youth as agents of change and households as units of economic activity to achieve sustainable development, job creation, food security, income generation, and employment promotion. Currently, HPN works on goat and dairy value chains to promote agri-businesses and create employment opportunities for farmers and various actors along value chains. Currently, HPN is implementing a project entitled “BUILDING RESILIENCE THROUGH CLIMATE-SMART LIVESTOCK FARMING IN WESTERN NEPAL” funded by GIZ/GRAPE. The project will promote climate-smart livestock (CSL) farming measures for improving and transforming existing goat and dairy farming practices to ensure resilient farm enterprises.

Please send the quotation with below documents to Procurement-NP@heifer.org address by 10th July 2024, 5: 00 PM. Please mention email subject line “Quotation for construction of collection centers [Contract…….].”

1. Sign and stamp in all pages on Terms of Reference (TOR) and complete Annex II (Bill of Quantity)
2. Company/firms/suppliers registration certificate
3. PAN/VAT certificate
4. Tax Clearance Certificate FY 079/80 

All rights to accept or reject partially/ wholly quotation, with or without giving any reasons, shall reserve with HPN. If deemed necessary, the company/firms/suppliers shall be asked for modifications.
