Youth Alliance for Development (YARD), a non-profit organization founded in 2065 BS, aims to enhance the economic, educational, social, cultural, and health well-being of youth, women, and marginalized communities. In support of Rutgers, YARD is currently executing 'Right Here Right Now 2- RHRN2' project in Kailali and Kanchanpur districts of Nepal, focusing on Dhangadhi Sub Metropolitan City, Godawari Municipality, and Krishnapur Municipality since 2023. The project works for the promoting of Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) of adolescent youth of Nepal.

YARD is currently in the process of selecting a company/firm/radio for Radio Program Development and Broadcasting on SRHR/CSE in Sudurpaschim. The program will be designed and developed based on local context of the RHRN2 project area in Sudurpaschim.

The prospective company/firm/radio should have a profile that includes, but is not limited to: 

• Registration and Licensing: The applicant must be a legally registered company/firm/radio, adhering to all relevant government regulations and possessing a valid broadcasting license.
• Tax Compliance: Completed statutory audit for the previous fiscal year (2079/080), along with a valid tax exemption certificate, is mandatory.
• Proven Track Record: Demonstrated experience in developing and broadcasting radio programs related to SRHR/CSE development projects in Sudur paschim.
• Coverage: The proposed radio should have the widest possible broadcasting reach within Sudur paschim.

The EOI can be submitted either at YARD Office or through email and to arrive no later than 5:00 pm on 7th July, 2024.
