Opportunity Village Nepal (OVN), a national NGO dedicated to supporting women and children, invites quotations from registered and authorized companies/firms for the supply and installation of the following items under the project “Furnishing Vocational Training Centre” at Pokhara Metropolitan City, Ward No. 25, Hemja, Kaski District.

Items:

1. Conference Chair-study chair
2. Kitchen Items
3. Beddings
4. Beauty Parlor Equipment and Installation
5. Tailoring Equipment and Installation
6. Internet
7. Curtain

Interested bidders are requested to submit their Letter of Interest along with legal documents, including PAN/VAT registration and tax clearance certificate, to this email procurement@ovnnepal.org within 22nd December 2024. Upon request, OVN will provide the detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and item list.

The selection of the bids will be based on OVN policy and only successful bidder(s) will be contacted for further selection process as per the decision of the OVN's Procurement Committee. OVN reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason whatsoever and will not be bound to accept the lowest bid. The final call may be subject to approval from the Social Welfare Council.
