Classical Herbal Products Pvt. Ltd., established in 2001, is a privately registered company under Nepal’s Company Act. Based near Kathmandu, the company is working towards becoming a GMP-certified Ayurvedic manufacturer, specializing in phytomedicines that combine traditional Ayurvedic knowledge with modern innovation and quality standards.


Position Description:

The QC Officer will be responsible for ensuring the quality, safety, and compliance of Ayurvedic medicines throughout the production process. This includes conducting tests, maintaining documentation, and supporting regulatory standards to uphold the integrity of the company’s herbal products.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct quality control testing of raw materials, in-process, and finished products in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs)

  • Maintain and review documentation for quality assurance and compliance

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to GMP, ISO, and GLP standards

  • Coordinate with production and R&D teams to maintain quality standards

  • Assist in product stability testing and analysis

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharma) from a recognized institution

  • Prior experience in a QC/QA role in a pharmaceutical or Ayurvedic manufacturing setting is highly desirable

  • Knowledge of GMP, GLP, and relevant regulatory guidelines

  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

  • Good documentation and report-writing ability

  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, QC data software)

  • Preference will be given to candidates who ride a two-wheeler (with valid driving license) due to factory location accessibility
