Mandwi is a not profit-making national NGO working since 2066 BS. It is dedicated to work strategically to contribute to the overall development of disadvantage groups' special focus on women, girl, and another marginalized and disadvantaged groups. Mandwi with the partnership of ICIMOD is going to implement “Implementation of CBFEWS Sustainability Mechanism to Enhance the Resilience of Vulnarable Communities and Develop Integrated Watershed Management Plan at Lal Bakaiya” from October 2023. Job Description
- Overall management of this program under the supervision and guidance of executive director
- Overall responsible for leadership development of rural women farmers, their participation in local level decision making and planning processes
- To facilitate and influence local government for gender responsive local level plan development, implementation and monitoring
- To facilitate and guide project team field supervisor, monitoring and evaluation focal point for effective program implementation at local level
- To facilitate and guide admin and finance officer for the effective and efficient financial management and reporting of this program
- To collect the required data from the project team and develop the quality of report
- Day to day coordinate and communicate in the team
Qualification: Bachelor having 3 years of experience in Disaster Risk Management (DRM). Community-based Early Warning System (CBEWS) and Gender Equality Disability and Social Inclusion (GEDSI) with a social development background (social or political science or similar. discipline) is overall responsible for filed level project management, monitoring. and reporting, day to day coordination with local governments, and to assist the project coordinator for effective program implementation at local level.
