Himalayan Community Development Forum (HICODEF) is a registered NGO working the field of social development since its establishment in 1999. It has envisioned a society where everyone would have a dignified life and there would not be any sort of discrimination. The mission of HICODEF is to contribute to create a society without any sorts of discrimination, exploitation and poverty through the process of empowerment. Based in Nawalparasi (east), the organization has implemented several development and humanitarian initiations in the partnerships with different development partners.

Catholic Relief Services (CRS) and HICODEF have jointly planned to promote a market-based multistory agroforestry model called SPICES (Securing and Protecting Investments & Capacities for Environmental Sustainability). By supporting the cultivation, processing, and marketing of identified value chain commodities, SPICES will help smallholder farmers to increase their productivity, income and household resilience building in Baudikali and Hupsekot Rural Municipalities of Nawalparasi (east).

HICODEF invites application from interested and qualified Nepali citizens in the following posts to work on this anticipated project.

Please note that this vacancy is conditional to the formal signing of the agreement between CRS and HICODEF.
