Access Planet is self-led organization led and directed by young women with disabilities that works for the holistic development and empowerment of persons with disabilities in general and girls and young women with disabilities in particular, via availability and utilization of accessible technology and capacity-building initiatives on leadership, gender and feminism, access to justice, access to inclusive education, economic empowerment and justice, mental health, psycho-social wellbeing, and sexual and reproductive health and rights in Nepal.

Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's in Law, Gender Studies, sociology, development studies, or related field with a minimum of 1 year of experience in the development sector. Undergraduate or bachelor's running candidates are also encouraged to apply.
- Experience in managing development cooperation projects;
- Proven understanding of gender, inclusion, justice, and disability issues
- Experience in working directly with stakeholders, particularly at the provincial and local level
- Excellent communication and writing skills in English and in Nepali language. Skill in the local language is preferred.
- Ability to stay in the field at least 40% of time.
Key Responsibilities
- Led overall project on leadership development and participation of marginalized women and women with disabilities in decision making, including networking with stakeholders, media mobilization, and strengthening relationships with government and CSOs at local and provincial levels.
- Prepare project reports and donor reports as required.
- Maintain communication with partners, stakeholders, and the public.
- Led capacity-building initiatives on the enhancement of leadership and access to decision-making for marginalized women.
- Provide strategic guidance for the development of knowledge products, including research and case stories on access to leadership and decision-making opportunities for underrepresented women
- Prepare the advocacy documents and coordinate with stakeholders for advocacy interactions/meetings/delegations
- Other duties assigned by the organization as necessary.
