Center for Equal Access Development (CEAD) Nepal is a non-profitable NGO of Doti working in the sector of health, nutrition, child protection, Safe Migration, child sponsorship and good governance along with various other sectors since 2063 B.S.
In partnership with United Mission to Nepal, CEAD Nepal has been implementing the Childern Oriented Resilient Development (CORD) project in Bogatan Fudsil Rural Municipality ward no. 2, 3, 5 & 6 of Doti since January 2022. For the implementation of the CORD project, CEAD Nepal is recruiting in the following position:
Position: Project Coordinator
Required No. 1 (Based in Bogatan Fudshil RM, Doti)
Qualification and Experiences:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in education/social science with at least three years of experience or master’s degree in mentioned subjects with one year experience in implementing integrated and right-based projects particularly focused on resilience approach in Child protection, Education, Livelihoods and Migration.
- Good working experience in similar position with skills on adaptive planning, budgeting, implementation of project interventions, monitoring and team mobilization.
- Excellent working experience in groups/community mobilization and action reflection process
- Excellent skills in communication, coordination, collaboration and networking with wider level of stakeholders.
- Excellent report writing skills in both English and Nepali.
- Broader understanding on child rights/protection, child-friendly education, anti-human trafficking, migration and food security
- Comprehensive understanding on cross-cutting issues: disability, gender, climate change/Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR), and conflict sensitivity
- Experience working in remote areas in cross-cultural environments.
- Preferred to have a two-wheeler driving license.
