SETO GURANS NATIONAL CHILD DEVELOPMENT SERVICES

Seto Gurans National Child Development Services (SGNCDS), Lalitpur is a pioneer organization in the field of Early Childhood Development. It is registered as an Educational Non-Government organization. We are urgently looking for the candidate in the below mentioned positions for " Strengthening Early Childhood Education and Development in Nepal through Implementation of Early Learning Development Standards/ Resource Hub" programs.

Details / Requirements:

Position: Project Coordinator

Nature: Central office and field as required

Period: July 15, 2024 – Jul 14, 2026

Required No: 1

Required Qualification and Experience:

• Masters' Degree in Education.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in relevant field including 3 years in the field of Early Childhood Development and Inclusive Education.
• Strong liaison with federal, province and local government, national and international stakeholders as well as communities.
• Knowledge in project planning, implementation, monitoring and documentation.
• Experience in developing of ECD resource materials.
• Knowledge on Early Learning Development Standards.
• Knowledge and working experiences on multi-sectoral (health, nutrition, safety, motivation, facilitation techniques and childcare etc.) programs.
• Aware of policies, rules and procedures related to early childhood development,
• Experience and knowledge related to Local Integrated ECD Planning (LIECDP) process.
• Able to conduct various workshops and training in coordination and cooperation with local government and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Nepali.
• Analytical report writing ability in English.
• Computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office package.
• Candidate having previous working experience with SGNCDS will be prioritized.
• Salary as per the norms of the organization.
