Program Monitoring Officer.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Master Degree (Post Graduate) with 5 years experience in rural development works but priority will given to the persons having qualification and work experiences in Ecological Agriculture.
* Good written and oral communication skills in English and Nepali language.
* Proposal/reports writing and monitoring knowledge and skills.
* Good inter-personal skills for working in teams and facilitating the team works.
* Good working knowledge in computer.
This post is based in Kathmandu but need to travel frequently in its program areas.
MAJOR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Monitor and supervise the USC Nepal programs running at different parts of the country.
* Project proposal development and report writing.
* Facilitate and support to conduct training, workshop and seminars etc.
* Promote and strengthen the agriculture and agro-based economic development activities.
* Coordinate & linkage with government line agencies and other development organizations.
