FCA is Finland’s largest organization for development cooperation and humanitarian assistance. FCA specializes in three thematic priority areas: Right to Peace, Right to Livelihood, and Right to Quality Education. FCA has been working in Nepal since 2013 focusing on promoting the rights of vulnerable and marginalized groups. The long-term change FCA wants to see in Nepal is that marginalized women and youths are socio-economically resilient and enjoy a decent living.

POSITION: Program Manager

The position holder will be responsible to manage FCA’s Country Programme in Nepal with thematic focus on Right to Livelihood, Right to Quality Education and Right to Peace. The Program Manager is expected to lead the Program Team, grow and expand FCA’s Country Program in Nepal including supporting Business Development, and perform within the framework of FCA’s and donors’ strategies, policies and guidelines, and promote institutional learning and synergy amongst FCA and partners. This role serves as a member of the FCA Nepal Country Office Senior Management Team (SMT).

Place of Assignment: Kathmandu, FCA Nepal Country Office, with frequent travels to field locations particularly Madhesh, Karnali and Sudurpaschim.

Position Term: Two years from 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2026, with the possibility of extension.
