Janajagriti Mahila Samuha (JJMS) seeks application for the following position to be fulfilled for its upcoming project being implemented in kalika RM of Rasuwa district. The position will be based on JJMS office kalikasthan Kalika RM-2. Qualified candidates are requested to apply on janjagritimahilasamuha1@gmail.com or JJMS office at Kalikasthan Rasuwa. Job Purpose :

To lead the overall project and coordinate with Government counterparts , Donor Agencies, Civil society, Organizations & stakeholders to plan and implement projects activities in working areas. The position based on JJMS office kalikasthan and field visit as need.

Roles and responsibilities

• lead  the CAID/JJMS Gender awareness and protection project in Rasuwa
• Support in overall management and implementation of the program
• work closely with focal person
• Operate day to day program management and administration
• Coordinate to conduct district/RM/Ward level stakeholder's planning, meeting, orientation, training and other relevant activities of earthquake Response Program.
• Plan and implement project activities in working area. coordinate with CAID to implement program effectively and smoothly.
• Authorize all financial expenditure coming under the program.
• Coordinate with CAID team, district line agencies, related offices and networks for planning and implementation of project activities.
• Supervise and monitor the field program and provide constructive feedbacks to field team.
• Provide support to the evaluation and monitoring team.
• Prepare monthly/ Quarterly/ Semiannual/ annual program report on time and reporting to stakeholders, JJMS, Local government and CAID.  Collect and document important case studies/ stories.
• Ensure close monitoring of activities and performing field visits in order to assess the implementation of project activities.
• Support /conduct/organize various district and community level activities, trainings, workshops and other required activities.
• Complete and implement procurement process and policies of organization.
• Complete any duties as assigned by JJMS. 

skill and Competencies

• Bachelor degree in social science and public health with 4 years experience or  Master degree with 2 years of professional working experience in community development.
• past experience of working in the grass root level of community.
• Knowledge and skill about computer
• Experience in working with women empowerment,  GESI  and Reproductive health
• Strong and polished co ordination skill.
• able to work in pressure in remote areas with deprived communities.
• strong conceptual, analytical and inter-personal skills
• familiarity with government procedures and practices
• ability to build and maintain effective relationship with team, community and government stakeholders
• Excellent Documentation and report writing in English and Nepali
