Mid-Level Product Designer (Individual Contributor Level 2)
Location: In-office (Codewing, Kathmandu)
Positions Open: 1
Salary: NPR 500,000 – 850,000 (CTC per year)
About the Role
We’re looking for a Product Designer (IC Level 2) who can take ownership of small to medium features, improve user flows, and translate product requirements into clear and elegant designs.
You’ll work closely with product managers, developers, marketers, and support to shape user experiences that feel intuitive, trustworthy, and conversion-focused.
Who You’ll Work With
You’ll report to the Product Lead and collaborate daily with the product, engineering, and support teams - especially for implementation feedback and customer pain points.
What You’ll Be Doing
Own the design of product features from start to finish
Participate in product discovery and UX research
Translate requirements into wireframes, flows, and UI screens
Design mobile-first and responsive layouts
Collaborate with developers to ensure design quality is preserved
Create components, patterns, and documentation in Figma
Advocate for user needs and simplicity in every decision
What We’re Looking For
2 - 4 years of experience designing digital products (SaaS, web platforms, or apps)
Strong portfolio that shows clarity in UX thinking and execution
Comfort working in Figma
Ability to balance user needs with business goals
Good communication - can explain design rationale in plain language
Curious mindset - always learning and iterating based on feedback
Nice to Have
Experience designing for travel, eCommerce, or booking systems
Experience collaborating with developers in agile setups
Some frontend knowledge (HTML/CSS) — not required but helpful
